The new flagging bot they have has been unfairly targeting my art lately. I've noticed that it flags artwork as inappropriate when there is nothing in the piece that would lead to being flagged. This whole situation is incredibly unfair as I am just a small artist who wants to share my work. I also have a grievance with how they are making these ridiculous changes to make the site more 'advertiser friendly' Deviantart used to be a place that I could look forward to having my work seen on but over time things on here are going downhill so fast. I'm a little sad because I used to absolutely adore this site but I'm really not happy with these changes I might consider not posting here anymore, we'll see I just needed to get that rant out.

Just wanted to open commissions for the holidays I do work a full time job so please keep that in mind when messaging me about commissions it may take a week to finish one but I'm hoping to do 3 days.

So I haven't been posting because I'm working on a month-long project for October it's called Ghostober, for this entire month I have been drawing nothing but ghosts. I am excited to share all the art I have made but I'll only be able to do that after this month is over. I've also been going through old sketchbooks and drawing in my more modern art style so I'll be happy to share some of that soon. I have a lot of art that will be on its way so hang tight my dear followers, I miss you all and I'm deeply sorry about my absence. I've also taken on full time work at my job which keeps me away from my desk more than I'd like but I gotta make a living. I'm in the process of trying to set up healthcare coverage for my debilitating mental health that has been getting worse over the past couple of months. I think the pandemic has made it significantly worse and I've been using the free resources provided but it's still quite a lot for me.

So my head is still spinning and I'm a little shaken up right now but my sister was taking me to Mcdonald's today at around 6:40 p.m. and as we were on the highway this lady driving a Masda decided to do a rolling stop and pulled out in front of us and my sister didn't have enough time to react so we ended up crashing into her. I blacked out for a few minutes but when I came to, my sister was getting out of the car and frantically yelling at me to get out of the car too. The air bags had deployed and my wallet and glasses were in the floor board of the car. Police showed up and the lady we crashed into was trying to leave on foot and the police officer yelled at her to come back in which she did but she claimed she couldn't see us because our lights weren't on (it was day time and only an hour before it got dark) she then informed the police that she didn't have insurance or a driver's license (why the fuck are you driving!!!) Anyways this whole situation left me in shock and I'm pretty sure I'm freaking out a little bit still right now. I think my sister and I got lucky because the only injuries I sustained was basically friction burn from my seatbelt, she didn't get any injuries. Remember to wear your seatbelts kids because mine pretty much prevented me from sustaining any crazy injuries. Anyways I got photos and one video of the crash site but we might end up in a lawsuit with the family of the person we crashed into so I'll probably hold onto the pictures until it's all said and done but we're safe and my sister has insurance.
